CodeCurious provides software development, design, and consulting services as described in individual project agreements or SOWs.
Payment terms are specified per project. Standard terms are 50% upfront and 50% on delivery unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Upon full payment, the client owns all custom code written for their project. CodeCurious retains rights to reusable frameworks, libraries, and tools developed independently.
